AUSTIN PAULSEN
Founder - AP Performance
I grew up in Athol, Idaho, a small town where big dreams were far-fetched and often laughed at. Being the small guy in my high school you can only imagine the reaction I got when telling people that my aspirations were to build have my own fitness coaching company. 

All through high school, I was a competitive athlete, and I could remember coaching camps for kids younger than me. I enjoyed helping hardworking individuals because it allowed me to make awesome relationships along their journey to a better version of themselves. 

Nothing drives me like the feeling of accomplishment I get when helping someone to reach their goals. If I can help people to find that happiness within themselves, true happiness that includes having wine on Wednesdays and doing less than 2 hour of cardio a day than I know I've done my job as a coach.

Looking and feeling healthy impacts so many other areas of our lives that we don't often realize. To me this is about so much more than transforming someone physically. It's about transforming their entire life.
