Cardio is important for fatloss.

NOPE. Wrong again.

The simple yet obvious exercise secret crucial to fat loss that for some reason everyone thinks is less important than doing cardio...

LIFTING WEIGHTS!

But hear me out before your like "AP get out of here, cardio definitely shreds fat"

HEAR ME OUT!

YOU'VE BEEN TOLD

…That lifting weights is ONLY for building muscle & doing cardio is for burning the fat.

…That we need to be doing cardio hitting a "target heart rate" in order to melt fat off.

THAT IS NOT TRUE!

Lifting weights DOES help you build muscle but it will help shred fat by INCREASING your Basil Metabolic Rate (BMR)

Studies show that the main component to your daily caloric burn is from your genetics & muscle mass NOT by how much cardio you do. 

…This means that NUTRITION will be key to shredding the fat and building MORE muscle will help that process that much more for the long term.

When you start to build more muscle that means that your metabolism will be red hot all day long EVEN when you are just chilling on the couch.

I Get Messages Everyday Saying...

“Austin I’ve been getting in the gym every day and I do about 40-50min of cardio. I still can't lose the fat that I want to get off, What am I doing wrong

I tell you this now because I use to do this…

Cardio just makes you become “skinny fat!”…

This is because cardio doesn't create what's called "hypertrophy".

That is just a fancy term that means "growing up" which in our case means our muscles.

Doing the Keto diet (the so called best weight loss diet) or any other quote on quote "diet" (atkins, plant based, carnivore, ect..) is the quick route to a successful transformation that lasts.
